The Port Arthur Memorial Titans volleyball squad (Port Arthur, TX), dropped 3-1 in Friday's league contest with the host Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX)

The Ganders (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Nederland (Nederland, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 12-15 record. In their last contest, Nederland was knocked off by Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Titans battle the Barbers Hill Eagles (Mt. Belvieu, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 contest, on Tuesday, September 16. Port Arthur Memorial will attempt to move on its 5-12 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 26-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Sterling (Baytown, TX).
