Ohio High School Volleyball - Madison Christian edged by Shekinah Christian

Shekinah Christian Flames (Plain City, OH) boosters were in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball team hold off the host Madison Christian Eagles (Groveport, OH), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Flames (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Delaware Christian (Delaware, OH). The Eagles enter the Mid-Ohio Christian challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Delaware Christian got by Danville (Danville, OH), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Berne Union Rockets (Sugar Grove, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Madison Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Rockets enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville, OH).
