Texas High School Volleyball - New Braunfels over Veterans Memorial

The New Braunfels Unicorns volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Veterans Memorial Patriots to 0 in the Unicorns league triumph on Friday.

The Unicorns now possess a 30-5 record. They play next when they host Smithson Valley for a 5A Region IV District 26 outing on Tuesday, September 16. New Braunfels will play a Rangers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Pieper (San Antonio, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 20-10.

With the loss, Veterans Memorial drops to 14-11 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Wagner (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Thunderbirds in a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Tuesday, September 16. The Thunderbirds enter the game with a record of 1-19. Wagner lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Tivy (Kerrville, TX)
