Westbury Huskies (Houston, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Huskies (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 5A Region III District 21 challenge with a 14-12 record. In their last challenge, Galena Park achieved victory over Sharpstown (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Raiders now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milby for a 5A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, September 16.
