Next, the Coyotes face the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Roswell will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldawgs enter the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Deming (Deming, NM).

The Wildcats now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Teresa for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 17. Lovington will face a Desert Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Desert Warriors record now stands at 4-7.
