Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Piedra Vista will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).
The Jaguars now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 15. Valencia will confront a Trojans team coming off a 1-1 non-league Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
