Connecticut High School Volleyball - Northwestern Regional over Nonnewaug

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Northwestern Regional Highlanders (Winsted, CT) and the visiting Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT), saw Northwestern Regional's volleyball squad beat Nonnewaug by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Northwestern Regional upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT) to play the Chiefs in a bout on Wednesday, October 12. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

The Chiefs now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bethel for a non-league bout on Friday, September 16.
