Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Belfast Lions (Belfast, ME), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) in a Class C - North challenge, on Saturday, September 17. Mount View will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Nokomis (Newport, ME).

The Lions now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Winslow for a Class B - North challenge on Tuesday, September 20.
