The Warrior Run Defenders soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Bloomsburg Panthers to 2 in the Defenders league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Defenders face the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) in a Heartland II contest, on Thursday, September 15. Warrior Run will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Lancers enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Central Columbia (Bloomsburg, PA).

The Panthers now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Juniata Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 15.
