Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Seton Conquistadors (Manassas, VA) in a VCAC challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Fredericksburg Christian will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Conquistadors enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA).

The Gryphons now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 17.
