Blue River (David City, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines (Wilber, NE), 19-9 in a non-league challenge.
The now sport a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 15. Blue River will face a Broncos squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, NE). The Broncos record now stands at 4-13.
