The Walnut Grove Warriors the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars softball squad by a tally of 7-3 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Hall for a 4A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 15. Walnut Grove will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 13-1 league loss to East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Cedar Shoals falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Towns County (Hiawassee, GA) to battle the Indians in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 14. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 1-6. Towns County won 6-3 in their recent league challenge against Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA)
