Georgia High School Softball - Pickens bounces West Hall

The Pickens Dragons routed the host West Hall Spartans softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Dragons (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against White County (Cleveland, GA). The Warriors go into the 3A Region 7 battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, White County topped Gilmer (Ellijay, GA), 9-0, in a league battle.

The Spartans now sport a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Dawson County for a 3A Region 7 battle on Thursday, September 15. West Hall will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-13.
