North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ashbrook crushed by North Gaston

The North Gaston Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherryville for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 14. North Gaston will meet a Ironmen team coming off a 3-2 league loss to East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC). The Ironmen record now stands at 7-5.

The Greenwave (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Storm enter the Big South 3A game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Stuart W. Cramer dropped by Palisades (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
