With the win, Beverly Hills upgrades its record to 7-10 on the year. The Normans host Inglewood (Inglewood, CA) to play the Sentinels in a bout on Thursday, September 15. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Inglewood lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA)

The Monarchs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Hawthorne for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 15. Morningside will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Compton Early College (Compton, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
