The Brantley County Herons volleyball team (Nahunta, GA), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA)

The Bulldogs (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against West Laurens (Dexter, GA). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 2-16 record. In their last battle, West Laurens lost by East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Herons encounter the Savannah Arts Academy Panthers (Savannah, GA) in a 2A Area 3 battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Brantley County will attempt to advance on its 0-10 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 20-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA).
