North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Point crushed by Crest

The Crest Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host South Point Red Raiders to 0 in the Chargers league victory on Tuesday.

The Chargers now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Gaston for a Big South 3A game on Thursday, September 15. Crest will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-7.

The Red Raiders (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers enter the Big South 3A game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, Kings Mountain gained a win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
