North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Burke tips Lincolnton

In Tuesday's league contest, the East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) volleyball squad nudged the host Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Cavaliers battle the West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC) in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A contest, on Thursday, September 15. East Burke will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 league win over West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC).

With the loss, Lincolnton moves to 2-9 on the year. The Wolves travel to Maiden (Maiden, NC) to battle the Blue Devils in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A contest on Thursday, September 15. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a record of 6-6. Maiden won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC)
