The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lorena Leopards (Lorena, TX) and the host Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX), saw Lorena's volleyball squad beat Rogers by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Lorena upgrades its record to 17-8 on the year. The Leopards travel to McGregor (McGregor, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Region III District 19 bout on Friday, September 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-11.

The Eagles now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Little River Academy for a 3A Region III District 19 bout on Friday, September 16. Rogers will play a Bumblebees squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Rockdale (Rockdale, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 16-11.
