North Carolina High School Volleyball - NCSSM: Durham over Research Triangle

NCSSM: Durham Unicorns (Durham, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Unicorns battle the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) in a Super Six 1A/2A match, on Thursday, September 15. NCSSM: Durham will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 8-1 record after their 3-0 league win over NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC).

With the loss, Research Triangle drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Raptors host Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC) to battle the Firebirds in a Super Six 1A/2A match on Thursday, September 15. The Firebirds come into the match with a record of 9-1. Falls Lake won 3-0 in their recent league match against Raleigh Charter (Raleigh, NC)
