Texas High School Volleyball - Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North overwhelmed by Vela

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Vela Sabercats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders.

The Sabercats (14-11) will now prepare for their battle against McAllen (McAllen, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region IV District 31 battle with a 23-7 record. In their last battle, McAllen achieved victory over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest (Pharr, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Raiders encounter the Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 battle, on Saturday, September 17. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North will attempt to advance on its 12-14 season record. The Rattlers come into the battle with a 30-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Rowe (McAllen, TX).
