In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Sandia Matadors football squad scored a good 48-27 victory over the Cibola Cougars.
In their next game, the Matadors clash with the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 2. Sandia will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record.
