The Eagles now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southern Wake Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, September 15. East Wake Academy will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Lions record now stands at 0-4.

In their next game, the Unicorns confront the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Apex, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 14. NCSSM: Durham will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 4-2 league loss to River Mill (Graham, NC).
