In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Mays Raiders softball team scored a nice 18-3 win over the Douglass Astros.
Coming up next, the Raiders battle the Jackson Jaguars (Atlanta, GA) in a 5A Region 5 outing, on Thursday, September 14. Mays will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the outing with a 4-7 record after their 22-5 league win over Banneker (College Park, GA).
