The Making Waves Academy Marlins topped the visiting Cristo Rey De La Salle Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Marlins now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Names for a Bay Counties - General test on Friday, September 15. Making Waves Academy will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Cornerstone Christian (Antioch, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-7.

The Mustangs (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Ygnacio Valley gained a win over Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
