The Kingsford Flivvers topped the host Menominee Maroons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Flivvers now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquette for a Great Northern U.P. test on Thursday, September 14. Kingsford will confront a Redmen team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Calumet (Calumet, MI). The Redmen record now stands at 4-2.

The Maroons (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Gwinn (Gwinn, MI). The Modeltowners enter the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Gwinn was knocked off by Manistique (Manistique, MI), 3-0, in a league test.
