The Washington-Liberty Generals held off the host Wakefield Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.

The Generals now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herndon for a Liberty test on Tuesday, September 19. Washington-Liberty will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-4.

The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Langley (McLean, VA). The Saxons enter the Liberty test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Langley held off Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
