In Friday's league game, the Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) football team triumphed over the visiting McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), by a tally of 56-6.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Friday, September 20. Patuxent will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 31-28 league win over Northern (Owings, MD).
The Rams (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Braves enter the Southern Maryland game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Chopticon was trounced by North Point (Waldorf, MD), 42-0, in a league game.
