South Dakota High School Football - Watertown prevails Pierre T.F. Riggs

In Friday's league match, the visiting Watertown Arrows football squad scored a good 28-14 triumph over the Pierre T.F. Riggs Governors.

The Arrows (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Kernels come into the Eastern South Dakota match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Mitchell went down by Spearfish (Spearfish, SD), 43-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Governors meet the Brookings Bobcats (Brookings, SD) in a Eastern South Dakota match, on Friday, September 20. Pierre T.F. Riggs will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bobcats come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 8-7 league win over Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD).
