Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Pine Hill Warriors (Pine Hill, NM), 2-1 in a non-league contest.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
Next, the Warriors meet the Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 20. Pine Hill will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
