The Grove Christian School Falcons soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting The Carmel School Wildcats to 0 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.
The Falcons now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Grace Christian School for a VMAC bout on Tuesday, September 17. Grove Christian School will play a Kings squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA). The Kings record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, The Carmel School moves to 1-2 on the year. The Wildcats host The New Community School (Richmond, VA) to play the Sabers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. The Sabers go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
