Texas High School Volleyball - Ferris over Alvarado

In Friday's league challenge, the host Ferris Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Alvarado Indians.

The Yellowjackets (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Ranchview (Irving, TX). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 7-14 record. In their last challenge, Ranchview beat Kennedale (Kennedale, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Alvarado will attempt to upgrade on its 4-19 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Ranchview (Irving, TX).
