The Elizabeth Minutemen topped the visiting St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Minutemen confront the Kent Place Dragons (Summit, NJ) in a Union County - Watchung game, on Wednesday, September 18. Elizabeth will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Dragons go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ).

The Trojans (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ). The Blue Streaks go into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Warren Hills Regional went down by Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ), 2-0, in a league game.
