Texas High School Volleyball - Forney over Tyler Legacy

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Forney Jackrabbits (Forney, TX) and the host Tyler Legacy Raiders (Tyler, TX), observed Forney's volleyball team top Tyler Legacy by a count of 3-0.

The Jackrabbits (22-5) will now prepare for their contest against Longview (Longview, TX). The Lobos enter the 6A Region II District 10 contest with a 15-11 record. In their last contest, Longview was knocked off by North Forney (Forney, TX), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Raiders meet the Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX) in a 6A Region II District 10 contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Tyler Legacy will attempt to move on its 14-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 28-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over DeSoto (DeSoto, TX).
