In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Hot Springs Bison volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lakota Tech Tatanka.

The Bison (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD). The Cobblers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Rapid City Central beat Custer (Custer, SD), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tatanka play the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Lakota Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Douglas (Box Elder, SD).
