Perry Yellowjackets (Perry, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting York Golden Knights (Retsof, NY), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Perry improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Livonia (Livonia, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-1.
The Golden Knights now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warsaw for a Section 5 Livingston County III test on Tuesday, September 17. York will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Keshequa (Nunda, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
