The Saints now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southland for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. St. James will face a Rebels team coming off a 56-20 league win over New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Rebels record now stands at 1-2.

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Martin County West (Sherburn, MN). The Mavericks enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Martin County West held off Madelia (Madelia, MN), 48-6, in a non-league challenge.
