Pennsylvania High School Football - Summit Academy overwhelmed by South Side

September 13, 2025: Herman, PA 16039

In Saturday's league outing, the South Side Rams (Hookstown, PA) football squad trounced the host Summit Academy Knights (Herman, PA), by a margin of 42-6.

The Rams now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shenango for a WPIAL A Big 7 outing on Friday, September 19. South Side will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 56-20 league win over Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.

The Knights (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Serra Catholic (McKeesport, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Serra Catholic was overwhelmed by Monessen (Monessen, PA), 13-6, in a league outing.
