In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Danbury Hatters soccer squad scored a close 7-1 triumph over the New Fairfield Rebels.
With the triumph, Danbury advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Hatters host Wilton (Wilton, CT) to clash with the Warriors in a Fairfield County game on Monday, September 15. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-2. Wilton lost 1-0 in their recent league bout against Trumbull (Trumbull, CT)
With the loss, New Fairfield moves to 1-1 on the year. The Rebels host Masuk (Monroe, CT) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
