The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) and the visiting Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL), witnessed Hersey's football squad edge Barrington by a tally of 26-20.

The Huskies (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Wolves go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.

The Fillies/Broncos now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Maine South for a non-league contest on Friday, September 19. Barrington will encounter a Hawks team coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 2-1.
