In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Pueblo Central Wildcats softball team scored a tight 7-5 win over the Lamar Thunder.
The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Pueblo Centennial edged Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO), 15-1, in a non-league challenge.
The Thunder (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Limon (Limon, CO). The Badgers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
