Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Southern Lehigh held off by Northwestern Lehigh

In Saturday's league contest, the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) soccer squad nipped the host Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA), by a margin of 3-2.
The Tigers now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palisades for a Colonial challenge on Monday, September 15. Northwestern Lehigh will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Southern Lehigh moves to 7-3 on the year. The Spartans travel to Bangor (Bangor, PA) to encounter the Slaters in a Colonial challenge on Wednesday, September 17. The Slaters go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Bangor won 2-0 in their recent league contest against Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA)
