Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack (Boalsburg, PA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Penns Valley Area moves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Rams travel to Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA) to confront the Bearcats in a Laurel Highlands 1 outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Bearcats go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Huntingdon lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA)

The WolfPack now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Juniata for a Tri-Valley test on Monday, September 15. Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to West Shore Christian Academy (Shiremanstown, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-7.
