In Saturday's non-league match, the host Roland Rangers softball team scored a tight 6-1 win over the Central Tigers.

The Rangers (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Gore (Gore, OK). The Pirates come into the non-league match with a 11-6 record. In their last match, Gore nipped Central (Sallisaw, OK), 6-2, in a league match.

Next up, the Tigers play the Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 18. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
