Eureka Wildcats (Eureka, MO) fans exited the stadium happy Saturday as they observed their softball team get by the host Rock Bridge Bruins (Columbia, MO), 7-5 in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights enter the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Incarnate Word Academy by Cor Jesu Academy (St. Louis, MO), 14-4, in a non-league game.
The Bruins now hold a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson City for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 16.
