The Grovetown Warriors softball squad scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Greenbrier Wolfpack to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

Next, the Warriors meet the South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) in a 6A Region 4 challenge, on Monday, September 15. Grovetown will attempt to upgrade on its 15-4 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 16-0 league loss to Newton (Covington, GA).

The Wolfpack (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Emanuel County Institute (Twin City, GA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, Emanuel County Institute got by Metter (Metter, GA), 3-1, in a league battle.
