The AHSTW Vikings edged the host Griswold Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Vikings face the Missouri Valley Big Reds (Missouri Valley, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 16. AHSTW will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Big Reds go into the game with a 10-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bedford (Bedford, IA).
The Tigers (3-17) will now prepare for their game against Stanton (Stanton, IA). The Vikings go into the Corner game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Stanton nudged Bedford (Bedford, IA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
