Florida High School Volleyball - Hillsborough can't get by Central

Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Hillsborough Terriers (Tampa, FL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central improves its record to 6-8 on the season. The Bears travel to Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Zephyrhills lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Saint Stephen's Episcopal (Bradenton, FL)

The Terriers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgan for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Hillsborough will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Chamberlain (Tampa, FL). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-5.
