In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the DeSmet Bulldogs.

With the win, Clark/Willow Lake improves its record to 12-0 on the season. The Cyclones host Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD) to face the Braves in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Braves go into the test with a record of 4-1. Britton-Hecla won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Deuel (Clear Lake, SD)

The Bulldogs now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sioux Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. DeSmet will face a Cossacks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD). The Cossacks record now stands at 6-3.
