Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA) and the visiting Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA), observed Fontainebleau's volleyball team hold off Dunham by a count of 2-1.

The Bulldogs (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Northshore (Slidell, LA). The Panthers go into the Division I District 6 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Northshore was edged by St. Mary's Dominican (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now own a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pope John Paul II for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. Dunham will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-2.
